BREATH
When it comes to breath, we need to work on learning the correct way to breathe .Correct means physiologically efficient way of breathing.
Two important things which we need to incorporate in our breathing is maximizing the usage of Diaphragm while breathing and lengthening the exhalation so that the inhalation exhalation ratio is 1:1 at least.
SLEEP
Though it looks like giving rest to the body and mind but most importantly it is the best healing and repair mechanism given to us since birth.
