THREE COMPONENTS OF BREATH WORKS

  1. Correct way of breathing. This includes learning the techniques of physiologically efficient breathing, leading to good ventilation perfusion ratio.
  2. Consciously managing the breath cycle this includes both the components of a breath cycle – Inhalation (breathing in) and Exhalation (breathing out).
  3. Breath awareness – observing the breath without altering it.
